We manufactured this soil conditioner on behalf of a Thermal Desorption Unit recycling company. It is designed to cool down heated soil to approximately 500 °C. The unit is constructed from various materials to withstand this high temperature. The drawing shows a colour-coded red, blue and dark blue, indicating the different types of steel: S355, stainless steel 310 and stainless steel 253 MA respectively.
Finally, the entire structure is welded using welding wires specifically designed for this purpose.
